About Desiree Ferraro

My passion for Real Estate comes from watching my mother Deana Ferraro and Grandmother Karen Roberson who have worked in Real Estate for a combined 60+ years. I grew up going on broker caravan, tagging along on property showings, and hanging out in the office while they both worked. With this experience I was able to learn firsthand what it takes to be a great agent and to go above and beyond to make your client happy. I have worked for Dilbeck as a Marketing Technology Liaison for three years assisting agents on the back end with their business marketing as well as the marketing for their client’s homes. I am beyond excited to finally join the Dilbeck Family of Realtors as a Sales Associate, and to have the opportunity to work with my mother Deana and Grandmother Karen as an unbeatable three generation real estate team. As a family who has bonded in Real Estate, we are a team that is here to assist you with all your Real Estate needs.

As a local girl I know the ins and outs of the LA and Foothill neighborhoods. I grew up in Sunland-Tujunga / La Crescenta and graduated from Crescenta Valley High School. From there I attended Glendale Community College and transferred to University Hawaii Manoa where I studied Human Biology and obtained my EMT-B license. My compassion and caring for others led me into a career as a first responder, where I was able to give back to my community. Working as an EMT for several years provided me with the skill of staying calm and level headed in stressful situations and finding a solution to the problem. I have the utmost respect for the men and women that serve our country, whether it be military service or first responders. I have a long family history of military service, as well as my father being a retired LAPD officer and my grandfather retiring from LA County Fire Dept. I am always looking for a way to give back or support these brave and selfless men and women.
